Your order is custom made only for you soon after you place your order! We do our best to prepare your items as quickly as possible. Our items usually ship out within 3-5 business days but if you need any item by a certain date, please message us and we’ll see what we can do! Transit take approximately 3-5 business days. *Please note, once we drop off the package to our local post office, we will not be responsible for delayed items. Therefore, we will not issue refunds for missed dates. If you experience any issues with your package, please contact your local USPS facility. *We are not able to ship outside of the US at this time*
 

With each item being made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there was a mistake on our end. We can accept cancellation requests 5 hours after your purchase.
