Q: Can you print me something if I provide my own shirt?
A: Unfortunately, no. I have tested many different materials and items from many different suppliers. My machines are setup with certain specifications to produce high quality prints for the products that I offer.
Q: I found a cool image online. Can you print that for me?
A: Maybe! It really depends what the image is. You will need to order your request using the custom design option I offer in my shirts section. If I find that it is copyrighted or if I am not able to use it for any reason you will get your money back.
Q: Is Kwerky Creations even a legit business?
A: It sure is! Kwerky Creations is a registered Sole Proprietorship business with an EIN and everything! We definitely pay taxes over here! :)
Q: I see other companies just like yours that do Disney images or other images like that. Why won't you?
A: We take copyright and trademark laws seriously and some companies may not. I know I look good in orange but I don't think I would do well in prison. I mean, do they even have iced coffee there?!
Q: I sent you a simple quote for a shirt design. Why are you making me order it as a custom design which will have an additional charge?
A: I truly hope you do not take offense to this!! I already have a large work load with TONS of images I already have saved and/or am working on at the moment. There is just not enough time in the day. Just because you do not see loads of designs on my website does not mean I am out of ideas. I assure you! I ask you for you order it as a custom design so that I can be compensated for taking the time out of my current agenda to create the design you want. I also want to be able to put enough time into it to make it as amazing as you deserve!
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: With each item being made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there was a mistake on our end. We can accept cancellation requests 5 hours after your purchase.
